A Discourse preached before the Corps of Hampshire Fawley Volunteers, at the Church of St. Thomas, in the City of Winchester, on Sunday, March 19, 1797.

Huntingford preached on Nehemiah IV, 14; "Remember the Lord which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren; your sons, and your daughters; your wives and your houses." urging the Volunteers join him in raising "our minds unto God, as the Almighty Being who alone can determine the event of battle."

The upper wrap is annotated with what appears to be the MS issue list for some sort of primitive "Subscription Library". Starting on 5th November 1797 a list of twenty-four names is appended, each member seemingly allowed the item for four days. Names include the Reverends Sumner, Corrie and Simson, the Honorable and Reverend Finch, Sir R. Newdigate and Aldermen Simson & Howlett. A curiosity.
