Some impressive subscribers including the Duke of York, 2 copies, M[aj.] Gen. Torrens, Capt. Fitz Clarence, and the "Illustrious Duke of Wellington" himself down for a total of eight copies! Jennings is described as "General Accountant", the only other publication listed for him in NSTC is Jennings' Accountancy, published Dublin 1802.

Uncommon. This edition not in the BL, NSTC or on OCLC which lists only one copy of the 1804 First Edition and two of the 1808 Second.
