The work of H.W. Brewer, a specialist in architectural studies, these atrractive sketches show the improvements made to Sir James Pennethorne's buildings.

Interior of a reading room. Very good. iii/ The Musem Public Reord Office. Pen, ink and wash, paper mounted on board, 10½" x 14½", image size, 8" x 11". Some light soiling, otherwise very good. iv/ Safes, New Record Office. Pen, ink and wash, paper mounted on board, 15½" x 11½", image size, 12" x 9½". Some light soilnig, otherwise very good.
