This edition preceded the American one by ten days. The binding comes in three varying shades of blue cloth, designated by Toole Stott as "smooth Persian blue," "Arabian blue matt" and "midnight blue matt." This dark royal blue copy qualifies as the third one listed. The volume is in fine condition; its dust jacket is very good, with very minor chipping at the top edge.
